At the end of a process of free competition, the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan, Ministry of Public Health granted Community Health Nursing Training Program for Bakhtar development Network to be implemented in Sar-e Pol and Farah provinces. The implementation of this program has begun on 2014, under the strict supervision of Ghazanfar Institute of Health Sciences. Female students from all districts which faced luck of female nurses in their community has been selected and enrolled in 24 months education program. As result 70 female community nurses graduated and deployed in their related community centers as female nurses.
Fortunately, the 24 months education program completed in Farah and Sare Pul provinces, as result 34 nurses in Farah, 36 in Sare Pul were graduated and deployed in their related HFs and community to provide health service provision.
